Can we talk about how GORGEOUS this family is?! Look at this mama, she's stunning!
For our maternity session, we met out at Fabyan Forest Preserve in Geneva, which is one of my favorite places to photograph. Getting there around 6:30 meant we got this beautiful light that I love.
It was so nice to meet you guys, congratulations on your new addition!
Can you believe it's already time for fall minis?!
I'm so excited to be offering mini sessions at two locations this year! I'll be doing morning appointments at the Naperville Riverwalk and afternoon appointments at Fabyan Forest Preserve (pictured here).
Mini sessions are approximately 20 minutes and include 15 digital files with print release as well as an online gallery that makes sharing easy.

This girl has grown up so fast! It feels like yesterday she was just a little baby. My daughter has always called Miss Juniper "Baby June", but I think that's going to change!
I loved getting to do another session at the Fabyan Forest Preserve. It's such a beautiful place! We got to do some pictures under the arch and they had these beautiful yellow flowers that made for a perfect background, too.
Happy Birthday, June!
I love these guys! I've known them for forever and I love not only getting the chance to see these boys grow up, but I feel so lucky getting to photograph them! Ryan and AJ are always so much fun to work with.
For their family portrait session, we went to Fabyan Forest Preserve in Geneva, IL. There's this stunning archway that we were able to shoot in as well as a nice shady spot with trees and tons of beautiful green grass. I always love getting traditional portraits (5 years in a portrait studio sticks with you!), but we all had fun getting some candid lifestyle photos as well. I love when I can just say, "OK, have fun!" and shoot what happens.
My daughter even came with me for this session to "help the kids smile" and since everyone was so well-behaved, we got to have a playdate afterwards! I think we can all mark this day as a good one :)
